Partner with Local Businesses to Benefit WKF

Whole Foods Market Gateway; Austin, TX

A partnership with three local organizations—Renewal By Andersen, YES Youth Fitness, and Oak Haven Massage—resulted in a boost of over $10,000 for Whole Foods Market Gateway in Austin, TX.

Community Partnerships

Every community has organization that support kids’ nutrition! Find community partners in your area, and give them plenty of advance notice to facilitate the most successful collaboration. Connecting with local businesses forms a deep relationship between Whole Foods Market, the foundation, and the community!

Renewal By Anderson, a local company providing top of the line window and door replacements, set up a stand outside of Whole Foods Market every other weekend over the summer. Their table offered coloring projects for kids and information about windows. A percentage of every new window purchase went to WKF, raising close to $5,000 for the foundation.

Yes to Fitness, a youth fitness and sports performance gym, donated the first month of annual memberships sold to WKF, totaling around $2,000!

Proceeds from a silent auction held at their opening event, totaling around $1,000, were also donated to help WKF grow healthy kids!
