Canadian School Gardens

Created in partnership with FoodCorps, the School Garden Grant program provides a $2,000 monetary grant to supper an edible educational garden on the grounds of a primary or secondary school. Schools, or a non-profit organization or charity working in partnership with a school, may apply.

Our Garden Grant Program is Now CLOSED. 
 

  • Application Open: September 1st, 2016
  • Application Closed: November 15, 2016 at 5pm CST
  • Review Period: Winter 2016 
  • Notification of All Applicants: February 15, 2017

We were thrilled to receive so many qualified applications for our 2017 School Garden Grant program! The application is now closed and we look forward to reviewing all applications. 

All notifications, regardless of status, will be sent by February 15, 2017. Grant checks will be mailed in the following months.
