Byron Kentor is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Merchandising & Operations Transactions at Whole Foods Market. At Whole Foods Market, he and his team provide legal support for various Whole Foods Market teams, including, Merchandising, Indirect Procurement, Business Development, Finance, and Team Member Services.
He joined Whole Foods Market in 2018 after serving as Associate General Counsel at a publicly traded solar company where he advised all facets of the business, including project finance, consumer compliance, product innovation, and sales and marketing. He earned his JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his BBA at the University of Texas in Finance in the Business Honors Program.
