At Whole Foods Market, she works tirelessly to reach win-win solutions with producers, certification organizations and teams across various departments, all while shepherding our Quality Standards, core values and mission.
Carol joined Whole Foods Market in 2001 as a Produce Team Member. In September 2023, Carol, Whole Foods Market Vice President of Quality Standards, was appointed by Whole Foods Market to lead the Foundations.
