  • 1½ pound green beans, trimmed
  • 3 small or 2 large seasonal oranges
  • 1½ tablespoon miso or soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cup pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves (optional)
