Suggested dippers: cucumber slices, carrot sticks or celery!
- 4 ripe avocados, mashed
- ½ bunch kale, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- ¼ small red onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh cilantro leaves, minced
- 1 Roma tomato (optional)
- 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
