1 recipe worth Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

3 oz mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack and provolone combines, shredded

1/3 cup each, zucchini, red peppers, mushrooms, or ay other combination of veggies

½ cup pizza sauce, per 12-inch pizza


Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 450°F.

Step 2: Sprinkle the flour onto a clean surface where you will be stretching the Whole Wheat Pizza Dough.

Step 3: Stretch the dough into a 12 inch disc, rotating after each stretch. Toss the dough in the air, if you dare. Using your hands, form a lip around the edges of the pizza. Transfer the stretched crust to a parchment lined baking tray.

Step 4: Top the pizza with pizza sauce, cheese, and veggies.

Step 5: Bake for 7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Allow the pizza to rest 3 minutes before slicing.
